(3) The consultant reserves the right to respond
/ contact only those enquiries / resume which
are complete and structured, relevant and matching

rating etc. and experience based on our Pre assessment

its email address and Reserves the right to inform about such undesirable / Illegal activities / Unwanted and Unsoliciated Commercial / Telemarketing Calls / SMS to the concerned Govt / regulatory authorities / Cyber / IT Cell / TRAI
(6) In view of our Small setup. we may handle
/ focus only on select business sensitive, critical
and confidential Recruitment / Headhunt assignments
for Top Management/ Director / CEO / CFO/ CTO/ VP / GM/ DGM etc Level positions Exclusively in the area of Sales / Marketing / Business Development / Account and Finance / HR / Telecom and Networking Technologies etc for Select Industries / Sectors / MNCs etc in the future.
(7) Only short listed Candidates will be intimated
/ called for the interview. However, their resume would remain active / confidential in our Talent Pipeline Database for processing / recommending to other clients in the future.
(8) The Consultant reserves the right to ask the Candidate to produce the original Salary Slip / Appointment Letter / Business card / Proof of Identity etc at any stage before / after processing the Resume.
